The plan is a draft only, and the court now seeks your input. I ask that you review the Plan and provide any feedback, comments, or suggestions to COVID19@hid.uscourts.gov no later than July 2, 2020. This Plan, once adopted, will provide parties and the court with an outline of how to conduct a trial, from voir dire to verdict.
